Getting Help and Contacting Kerdora Support

If you need help with Kerdora, the fastest way to reach us is through the chat widget inside the app. You can also email us at info@kerdora.com or browse the Help Center for answers on your own.

Chat With Us (Intercom Widget)

Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Click it to start a conversation. You can ask a question, report a bug, or request help with anything in the platform.

The chat widget is available on every page in Kerdora while you're logged in. Our AI assistant will try to answer your question immediately using Help Center articles. If it can't, your message gets routed to the Kerdora team.

Email Support

You can also reach us at info@kerdora.com. Email works well for longer questions, sharing attachments, or anything you'd rather handle outside the app.

Help Center

The Kerdora Help Center is a searchable library of articles covering every feature in the platform. To access it:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of Kerdora

  2. Click Help Center

This opens the Help Center at help.kerdora.com in a new tab. You can also visit it directly anytime.

Reporting an Issue

When something isn't working right, including a few details up front helps us fix it faster:

  • What happened — a brief description of the problem

  • What you expected — what should have happened instead

  • Steps to reproduce — what you were doing when the issue occurred

  • Screenshots — a screenshot or screen recording of the issue (you can paste images directly into the chat widget)

  • Browser — which browser you're using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)

The more context you give us, the faster we can help.

Response Times

We're a small team and aim to respond within a few hours on business days. Most messages get a reply the same day. If something is urgent, the chat widget is your best bet.
