Open Academy from the main advisor navigation to follow Kerdora's lesson-based curriculum. Use Quick Start for essential onboarding lessons, All Lessons for the full curriculum, and the Help Center when the question is about a specific product control or workflow.
What is the difference between Academy and the Help Center?
Academy teaches the Kerdora approach, planning judgment, and larger learning sequences. The Help Center answers tactical product questions such as how to enable a Guide, import a tax return, or correct an account.
An Academy lesson can include links under Go deeper to a Training Guide or Help Center article. Use those links when the lesson introduces a workflow and the advisor needs exact current steps.
How do I start Kerdora Academy?
Select Academy in the main advisor navigation.
Review the Quick Start and All Lessons progress cards.
Choose Quick Start to show only lessons marked essential, or All Lessons for the complete curriculum.
Open the first incomplete lesson from Continue learning, or expand a module and select a lesson directly.
The Continue learning card selects the first incomplete lesson in curriculum order and shows its module, estimated time, and position in the lesson sequence.
How do I search Academy lessons?
Use Search lessons... at the top of Academy. Search matches lesson titles and module names. Matching modules expand so the relevant lessons are visible.
Select Clear search to return to progress, Continue learning, and the Quick Start or All Lessons filter. Academy search finds curriculum content; it does not search Help Center articles or client data.
How does Academy progress work?
Academy tracks progress for the signed-in advisor.
Quick Start shows completed essential lessons out of all essential lessons.
All Lessons shows completed lessons out of the full curriculum.
Remaining-time estimates add the published time estimates for incomplete lessons.
Inside a lesson, select Mark complete. The button changes to Completed, and progress updates. Select Completed again when the lesson should be marked incomplete.
Opening Next lesson also marks the current lesson complete when it was not already completed. Each advisor's progress is separate.
What is inside an Academy lesson?
A lesson can include:
module and lesson number;
written lesson content;
an embedded video from a supported host;
Previous lesson and Next lesson navigation;
a Mark complete control; and
Training Guide or Help Center links under Go deeper.
Use Back to Academy to return to the curriculum overview.
Why is Academy empty or a lesson missing?
If Academy content is temporarily unavailable, the page shows Coming Soon and links to the Help Center. Refresh the page and try again later.
If a specific lesson shows Lesson not found, return to Academy and open it from the current module list. A saved lesson URL can stop working if curriculum slugs change. If Academy remains empty or progress does not save, contact Kerdora Support with the advisor account, lesson title or URL, approximate time, and visible error.
Academy is an advisor-only destination. Clients do not see Academy in the client portal.
