Customizing Your Firm's Appearance (Logo and Colors)

You can customize your logo and brand color in Settings > Appearance. These show up across the platform, including the top navigation bar, your clients' portal view, and any printed reports or PDFs you generate.

To get there, click your name in the bottom-left corner and select Settings, then click Appearance.

Primary Color

The primary color controls the accent color throughout Kerdora — buttons, highlights, borders, and other UI elements. It defaults to purple (#8449c0).

To change it, click the color swatch or type a hex code directly into the field. Kerdora will reject colors that are too light (they need enough contrast to stay readable). If you want to go back to the default, click Reset.

Logo

Your logo appears in the top-left corner of the navigation bar, replacing the default Kerdora logo. It also shows up on printed reports and PDFs.

To upload a logo, click the upload area in the Logo section. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP, up to 10 MB. If you want to remove your logo and go back to the default, click Reset.

Where Your Branding Appears

Your color and logo carry through to a few key places:

  • Navigation bar — Your logo replaces the Kerdora logo in the top-left corner.

  • Client Portal — When clients log in, they see your logo and brand color automatically. You don't need to configure anything extra.

  • Printed reports and PDFs — Your logo is included on generated reports.

Clients inherit your branding automatically. When a client logs into the portal, they see your logo and primary color — not Kerdora's defaults.
