Setting Up Your Advisor Profile (Name, Firm, Calendar Link, Disclosures)

Written by Taylor Stewart
Updated this week

Your advisor profile controls the basic details that show up across Kerdora, including in your clients' Guides and portal. You'll find it by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner, selecting Settings, and going to the Advisor tab.

Here's what each field does and where it appears.

Advisor Name

This is your name as it appears to clients. It shows up in the client portal and on any Guides you deliver. Enter your full name as you'd want a client to see it.

Firm Name

Your firm's official name. This appears alongside your advisor name in client-facing areas like Guides and the portal. If you're a solo advisor, this is typically your RIA's registered name.

Calendar Link

Paste your scheduling link here (Calendly, SavvyCal, or whatever you use). Once added, clients can book meetings with you directly from the client portal. If you don't add a calendar link, the scheduling option won't appear for clients.

Disclosures

This is a free-text field where you can enter your firm's disclosure language. Whatever you type here will appear at the bottom of your clients' Guides and in the client portal. Most advisors paste their standard compliance disclosures, ADV disclaimers, or any required regulatory language.

How to Set It Up

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of any page

  2. Select Settings

  3. Go to the Advisor tab

  4. Fill in each field: your name, firm name, calendar link, and disclosures

  5. Changes save automatically

You can update these fields anytime. Changes will reflect across all client-facing areas the next time a client views their Guide or portal.
