You can add a scheduling link to your Kerdora account so clients can book meetings with you directly from the Client Portal. Paste any scheduling URL (Calendly, Cal.com, SavvyCal, or whatever you use) into Settings, and clients will see a calendar icon they can click to schedule a call.
How to Add Your Calendar Link
Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the screen and select Settings.
You'll land on the Advisor tab.
Find the Calendar link field at the bottom of the page.
Paste your full scheduling URL (e.g.
https://calendly.com/your-name).Your changes save automatically.
That's it. Any scheduling tool works as long as you're pasting a direct URL that opens your booking page.
What Clients See
When a client logs into the Client Portal, a calendar icon appears in the top-right corner of the screen. Hovering over it shows a "Schedule a call" tooltip.
Clicking the icon opens your scheduling link in a new browser tab, where the client can pick a time and book directly through your scheduling tool. Kerdora doesn't handle the booking itself; it just gives clients a quick way to get to your calendar.
If you haven't added a calendar link, the icon won't appear in the portal at all.
Tips
Use your main booking link. Paste the URL you'd send to anyone booking a meeting with you. Don't use a link to a specific event type unless you want every client to land on that one option.
Test it. After pasting your link, open a client's portal view to confirm the calendar icon shows up and opens the right page.
You can change it anytime. If you switch scheduling tools, just update the URL in Settings > Advisor. The change takes effect immediately for all clients.
